Do I have to register at StegoTime Website?
Yes. In order to be able to download, install, subscribe or request a Trail Passcode, activate, and use StegoTime, you must register at StegoTime Website as StegoTime User using an Email that you have access to; otherwise you cannot subscribe or request Trial Passcode to activate and use StegoTime.
Remember to use an email that is valid and you have access to easily. This email address will be used by our system to send your Trial/Subscription Passcode, as well as any information or future updates.
How do I register as StegoTime User?
Registering as StegoTime User is an easy, standard, and straightforward. Please follow the online instructions, which can be summarized as follows:
After the system verifies your Email, it will send you a Congratulations Email including your 8-digit Registration No., otherwise an Error Message displays the reasons for failure. Please keep your Registration No. as you may need it to identify yourself in any future communications with us.
How do I download StegoTime?
Click Download on StegoTime Website to download StegoTime Setup File. However, you are cordially invited to register as StegoTime User before downloading StegoTime.
Also, please remember to download the right version of StegoTime that suits your operating system. There are currently two versions, one for Windows XP, Vista, 7, and one for Windows 8 and 10.
What is the difference between the Trial and Subscription Passcodes?
Both the Trial and Subscription Passcodes provide exactly the same functionality, except the Trial Passcode is valid for limited short period (currently, one month and subject to change at any time), while the subscription Passcode is valid for longer period (currently, one year and subject to increase). Any extension in the Subscription/Trial Periods is applied to all subscribers. The Passcode is a unique 32-digit alpha-numeric string for each subscriber.
Does StegoTime have Trial Period?
Yes. StegoTime currently provides one month trial period, where you can download the software with full features and functionality to try, wishing you a smooth and pleasant experience with StegoTime.
What do I do if I forget my Password?
It is so easy; just re-activate your copy of StegoTime using your Passcode, your registered Email and new Password. For optimum privacy, in StegoTime, the only one that knows about your Password is you and only you who manage your Password. Also, there is no exchange of the Password across the Internet. That is why you are much secured with StegoTime.
What do I do if I forget or loss my Passcode?
It is very easy; follow the same Subscription procedures using the same registered Email. The system with send you a new Passcode valid for the same pre-issued period. If the Subscription/Trial period is expired, then the system will send you an expression of regret and ask you to subscribe or renew your subscription.

The system will verify your email, if it is registered, the system will send you a Congratulations Email including your Trial Passcode and also showing you the Trial Passcode validity period; i.e., Issuing and Expiry Dates.

It is so easy process, after you install and run StegoTime, click Subscribe on the top-right of the Main Page. You will be directed to Subscription Form, and asked to enter your Email twice, leave the Checkbox unchecked, and click Subscribe.
The system will verify your email, if it is registered; the system will direct you to the Payment Page. Please follow the online instructions to complete your payment. After approving your payment, the system will send you a Congratulations Email including your Subscription Passcode and also showing you the Subscription Passcode validity period; i.e., Issuing and Expiry Dates.
What will happen when I have my Trial Passcode expired?
Sorry, you cannot use StegoTime anymore to steganize new secret files or desteganize hidden files. If you have any file steganized, you need to subscribe to be able to retrieve your secret files.
What will happen when I have my Subscription Passcode expired?
You can use StegoTime to desteganize secret files only for three month from the Expiry Date, but not to steganize new secret files or exchange any emails. You can use the extended Desteganization Subscription Period to retrieve your and restore secret files. However, you can subscribe for new Subscription Passcode anytime.
